In order to achieve the breakthrough of the first 5A-level scenic spot in eastern Hubei as soon as possible, Guifeng Mountain Scenic spot concentrated on the creation of the scenic spot, and rectification activities were in full swing in terms of infrastructure construction, hardware and software facilities, internal management and external environment.

In order to further improve the service level of the scenic spot and ensure the quality of service, all departments of Guifeng Mountain Scenic Spot strictly implement the "morning meeting" system, and regularly carry out education and training on normalized service awareness, service norms, and service level for front-line ticket inspection, tour guides, and customer service personnel. At the same time, according to the needs of various departments of the scenic spot, volunteer service activities are carried out, and according to the position setting, the "civilized service post" with the tourist service center, ticket gate, waiting point and so on as the main line is set up to ensure that tourists have a safe and comfortable tourism environment.

Guifeng Mountain Scenic spot continues to carry out environmental remediation work, inspection and replacement of wooden trestles, guide boards, garbage cans, guardrail and other facilities in the scenic area. For the key areas of the scenic spot, continuous washing and wiping throughout the day, weeding, pruning, watering, etc., are carried out on the landscaping inside and outside the scenic spot to ensure that all places in the scenic spot are clean and tidy.

In order to further improve the safety of the scenic spot and strengthen the construction of the infrastructure of the scenic spot, various departments of the scenic spot have carried out special rectification work around various facilities and equipment, restored the fallen, skewed and deformed road flags, redrawn the road safety signs, carried out a comprehensive overhaul of the scenic walkway, etc., rectified the problems found in time, eliminated hidden dangers, and comprehensively standardized the safe tourism environment.

At present, the 5A creation of Guifeng Mountain scenic spot has entered the final sprint stage.
