Article 1 In order to standardize the work of tour guides in scenic spots and protect the rights and interests of tourists and tour guides, this system is formulated in accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Tour Guides" of the State Council and in combination with the actual situation of the scenic spot.
Article 2 The term "tourist attractions" as used in this system refers to areas with specialized management and service agencies that are relatively concentrated in natural or cultural landscapes for tourists to sightseeing, sightseeing, and leisure.
Article 3 Before engaging in interpretation work in the scenic spot, you should participate in learning and training to strive to improve your professional level.
Article 4 Tour guides and interpreters who hold a tour guide certificate or interpretation certificate shall keep and use the tour guide certificate or interpretation certificate in a standardized manner. It is strictly prohibited to arbitrarily lend, alter, forge the tour guide certificate or interpretation certificate, or use the tour guide certificate or interpretation certificate to engage in interpretation activities outside without approval.
Article 5 When conducting interpretation activities, tour guides and interpreters must wear a tour guide certificate or interpretation certificate.
Article 6 When conducting interpretation activities, tour guides and interpreters should dress neatly, treat others politely, and respect the religious beliefs, ethnic customs, and living habits of tourists.
Article 7 Tourist teams with more than 10 people should hold loudspeakers to explain to tourists.
Article 8 When individual guests or teams require tour guides to conduct activities, the management department of tour guides and interpreters in the Customer Service Department can charge a fee for the interpretation, which is 200 yuan per tour guide.
Article 9 Tour guides and interpreters should strictly abide by the daily work arrangements of the scenic spot, abide by the relevant precautions for team operation in the scenic spot, consciously safeguard the interests of the scenic spot, and actively receive tourists from all sides with high-quality services. It is strictly prohibited to pick groups or dump guests at will.
Article 10 When conducting interpretation activities, tour guides and interpreters shall not ask for tips from tourists in an explicit or implicit manner.
Article 11 Tour guides and interpreters shall provide interpretation services in strict accordance with the prescribed tour routes and content, and shall not arbitrarily reduce the service items or terminate the interpretation activities halfway. If a tourist voluntarily reduces the tour content or terminates the interpretation service during the tour, the guide interpreter should ask the tourist to confirm in writing.
Article 12 The content and language of the explanation should be standardized, accurate, healthy, and civilized; There should be no words that intimidate or force tourists in the explanation.
Article 13 Tourists have the right to complain to the scenic area management organization about the violation of this system by tour guides and interpreters. The Tourist Guide and Interpreter Management Department of the Tourist Attraction Customer Service Department will promptly investigate and handle violations of this system by tourist guide and interpreter personnel.
Article 14 Violation of the above regulations shall be punished by the scenic area management department in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) If the tour guide interpreter goes out without approval, goes out without asking for leave, or is continuously absent without reason (going out without asking for leave or being continuously absent without reason is considered as absenteeism), or is absent from work for more than 15 days, it will be handled in accordance with the company's personnel attendance system.
(2) During the tour guide's presentation, those who do not wear certificates or do not wear loudspeakers as required will be included in the monthly performance assessment, and their performance will be deducted by 3 points.
(3) If a tour guide or interpreter disobeys the work arrangement, randomly selects groups or leaves guests, 5 points will be deducted for the first time he/she disobeys the arrangement, the second time he/she disobeys the arrangement, the group will be suspended for rectification, and those who reach the third time will be removed from the list.
(4) If there is no significant impact on the performance of tour guides who complain about the quality of their services during the course of the tour guide's explanation, 3 points will be deducted, and the tour guide will be ordered to suspend the tour for rectification, and a written inspection will be made. After passing the study, they can return to the explanation position.
(5) If a complaint or significant impact is caused to tourists, 10 points will be deducted from the performance, and the group will be ordered to stop for rectification. Only after passing the study can they return to the explanation position.
Article 15 This system shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
