In order to comprehensively improve the service quality of the scenic spot and create a professional service team, on March 27, Guifeng Mountain Scenic Spot organized all employees to carry out service skill improvement training. The training focuses on the improvement of service quality, work discipline, code of conduct, civilized language and the latest national standards, aiming to help employees master more professional service skills and provide tourists with a better and more intimate travel experience.

From daily code of conduct to civilized language, from work discipline to the latest national standard changes, the course content fully covers service details to ensure that every employee can standardize operation and serve warmly in actual work.
