Recently, Guifengshan Scenic Area welcomed 57 interns from Macheng Vocational and Technical Education Group to the scenic area for a six-month internship training. In order to effectively improve the professional knowledge and service quality of interns, and to do a good job in tourism reception and 5A creation work in Guifengshan Scenic Area, from March 1st to 4th, Guifengshan Scenic Area conducted a four-day internship tourism service skill improvement training for interns.

This internship training is an important component of implementing school enterprise cooperation in scenic areas, serving the development of local tourism economy, and assisting local vocational and technical schools in talent cultivation. After careful preparation in the early stage, the training course arrangement is rich in content and practical. The training course covers the daily work discipline and behavioral norms of interns, safety knowledge, tourist Q&A guide, knowledge of scenic spots, introduction of scenic spots and amusement projects, and inspection of tourist attractions and routes.

Before the training began, the leader in charge of intern work at Guifengshan Scenic Area held a welcome ceremony for the interns, expressing sincere welcome to the teachers and students, and placing high hopes on the interns. After the completion of this training, all interns will undergo on-site exams and assessments, and will be assigned to various positions in the scenic area based on their personal strengths and personality traits.
