The mountain escalator is located on the Huahai Fourth Ring Road, and the running route climbs from the entrance of the Fourth Ring Road to the top of the Fourth Ring Road. It adopts a handheld two-way parallel escalator group. The escalator has a total length of 168 meters, a lifting height of 68 meters, a round-trip speed of 1314 levels, a running speed of 0.5 meters/second, and a reception capacity of 6000 people/hour. It consists of six outdoor elevators in three sections, with three rest platforms for tourists to rest, observe, take photos, and check in.

The escalator stands between the mountains and rocks, and tourists can enjoy the surrounding scenery by standing on the escalator, which is transported all the way up the mountain.
