This year marks the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the Mid Autumn Festival coincides with the National Day holiday. As this moment of national celebration approaches, Guifeng Mountain has increased its efforts to beautify and brighten the scenic area, presenting a joyful, peaceful, and festive holiday scene, filling the atmosphere for tourists to play during the Double Festival.

The scenic area is located in the square in front of the tourist center, carefully creating a set of National Day atmosphere check-in points with the theme of the 74th anniversary celebration. It closely revolves around the theme of "National Day holiday" and creates a strong holiday atmosphere starting from the first scene when tourists arrive.

According to the requirements of reasonable layout, solemn and beautiful appearance, and coordinated unity, the scenic area has raised five-star red flags, installed knife flags, and installed small wind turbines in important scenic spots such as the customer service center, the entrance of the scenic area, the Dabie Mountain Spirit Red Culture Exhibition Hall, the Rhododendron Expo Park, the International Sports Turtle Valley, the mountain escalator, Turtle Tower 1288, and the Daofeng Turtle Lada along the way.

National Day is celebrated throughout the world. The scenic area has prepared 100000 small national flags and face stickers with national flag seals for free distribution to visitors, immersing the scenic area in a festive color of "Chinese red". The five star red flag flutters in the wind, inspiring the patriotic enthusiasm of tourists and promoting the national pride of every Chinese nation.

In order to meet the diverse and multi-level needs of tourists, during the Double Festivals, the scenic area will hold the first off-road rock carnival event in Guifeng Mountain Scenic Area in 2023, inviting thousands of off-road vehicles and well-known rock bands from Hong Kong and Taiwan to join. The aim is to create a large-scale off-road rock carnival event that combines the "four-wheel drive off-road vehicle challenge and rock concert".

The music tea restaurant located in the Rhododendron Expo Park has officially opened to welcome guests recently. A brand new experience of listening to music, tasting delicious food, and admiring azaleas by the banks of Guifeng Lake will be presented to tourists, providing them with more dining options.

In order to cope with the upcoming peak passenger flow, the scenic area strictly implements the full staff on duty system, clarifies the division of labor and responsibilities of the scenic area staff, and develops emergency plans to conduct a mesh like investigation of safety hazards, ensuring that tourists are satisfied and return with all their joy.
