Recently, three local tourists from Macheng came to Guifeng Mountain to admire flowers together. Rhododendrons grow recklessly on the continuous mountain range, with waves of red flowers one after another. This rare sight makes them linger and indulge in photography, even forgetting their return journey. It is not until around seven o'clock, when the sky gets late and the temperature drops, that they realize that time has passed too long to catch the bus down the mountain.

Realizing this issue, they immediately dialed the consultation phone number of the scenic area, which was quickly connected. The customer service personnel asked him about the problem he had encountered and learned that he had missed the last Jing Handover bus due to the beautiful scenery. The customer service personnel immediately comforted the tourists, reminded them to pay attention to their own safety, and agreed on a location and time with them, promising that Jing Handover would arrive as soon as possible.

The scenic area quickly contacted the on duty driver and vehicle according to the workflow, notifying him to send the vehicle to the agreed location. The scenic area driver successfully received the stranded tourists and safely delivered them to the north gate of the scenic area.
