Safety is the foundation of stability. To ensure the safety of cableway operation, self inspection work before the 2023 provincial inspection should be carried out in advance. On May 25th, the maintenance and upkeep of the support brackets for the cableway in Guifengshan Scenic Area was initiated, and professional personnel were organized to inspect and refuel the mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as the supporting and pressing wheel groups of the cableway operation route.
The refueling operation of cableway supports is a key project in the maintenance of cableway equipment and an important part of the annual inspection work. The Guifengshan Cableway has a total length of 1280 meters and 12 supports. The refueling operation requires a large workload and high intensity. To ensure the quality and safety of the operation, Jingyuan Company has formulated a reasonable maintenance plan in advance in accordance with relevant regulations. During the operation, technical personnel operated in a standardized manner, carefully and comprehensively inspected the line support and equipment and components such as the wheel group with abnormal sounds and movements. They promptly repaired or replaced the wheel group components and other equipment with abnormal sounds and movements, and lubricated the wheel group, bearings, and other parts to ensure a clear understanding of the equipment operation status and provide effective guarantees for the safe and efficient operation of the cableway.
