The Guifeng Mountain Rhododendron Expo Park is located by the beautiful Guifeng Lake. This magnificent glass building in front of everyone is praised by many tourists as the "Hubei Bird's Nest" due to its resemblance to the bird's nest in Beijing.
The park is located in an excellent geomantic treasure land with photos in the front and rear, surrounded by green dragons and white tigers, covering an area of more than 10000 square meters. The main body is a fully open automatic temperature control glass structure. The greenhouse is mainly responsible for the cultivation and production of rhododendron bonsai.
The park started construction in April 2011 and opened in April 2012. There are more than 500 rare azalea bonsai varieties both domestically and internationally, including Dajinfeng, Wanziqianhong, descendants, Drunken Xishi, Peach Blossom, Lixiang, Chrysanthemum Petals, etc. The flower roots are ancient, the shape is unique, and the colors are diverse. It integrates sightseeing, leisure, and scientific research, making it an ideal place for flower observation, tasting, and singing.
